All of our products are labeled with a serial number. The serial number will be printed on the product itself. This information will be necessary for any warranty process.
Please note, for warranty claims involving wireless headsets/headsets with transmitters: Some transmitters are labeled with a serial number, usually located on the back/bottom of the unit. For proper model identification during headset warranty claims, we require the headset serial number but not the transmitter serial number.
NEWER MODELS
On most of our newer headsets, the serial number will be located on the inside of the headband on the Right (R) side, either printed directly on the inside of the headband or on a sticker. The serial number is often below a QR Code or begins with "S/N:".
Please note that the first and sixth character in your product's serial number will be capital letters; the rest will be numbers.
Below, you'll find information regarding specific models. If multiple models have the serial number located in the same/similar place, one model will be used as an example. Your headset model may be listed on this page but not specifically shown; please be sure to check for the model name of your headset.

OLDER/LEGACY MODELS
On some of our older/legacy headsets, the serial number is located on a sticker under the ear cushion, typically on the right earcup. The serial number will be on a sticker with a bar code or QR code. It will say S/N: NUMBER. For instructions on how to remove and/or replace your headset's ear cushions, please click here.

PLEASE NOTE: A few headsets (especially much older, discontinued products) do not have serial numbers. Please check both of the inner earcups under the earpads to find the serial number. If your headset does not have a serial number under either ear pad and it was requested by a member of our Technical Support team, just let them know that there is no serial number.
