     I have a question for mine. I was using the transmitter for a while and it was working fine and I had already paired it, and then when I plugged it in, it stayed green for about 7-8 seconds and then while plugged in, it turned black and the sound wouldnt come through to my headphones. Could anyone help me on why this happened and how I can fix it? By the way I am using a turtle beach 420x stealth.

    If you disconnect/reconnect the transmitter, does its LED stay dark regardless of which USB port you plug it into? If so, then it sounds like something weird happened -- our support team can help troubleshoot further and assist with warranty service.

    Otherwise, try power-cycling the game console and re-pairing the headset and transmitter together. That usually fixes any issues with the USB transmitter and headset communication.

    Well It had stopped working, but basically when I plug it in, it stays green for 6-7 seconds before the light turns off on the transmitter. I was though using it with my pc and it always worked before on both my pc and xbox-one. I tried pairing and the transmitter shut off before I could finish pairing it but it did say pairing successful when it was off. I cant power-cycle it because it is on my pc but I was wondering if there is anything else I can do.

    You will hear yourself when you speak into the mic, that is by design.

    If others are echoing it could be something else, including network latency. You will want to try this on a mobile phone with its included mobile cable, to see if it persists in a phone call.

    I just bought these $150+ headset and the second day in my headset emits a random high pitched noise at random times. If this requires me to send it in for repair then I'll just return it to the store I won't bother mailing anything in.

    If you have some kind of unusual response like that, you may want to return/exchange it while you are within your time to do so.

    my 420x+ won't charge even though they are plugged in to the wall. like what am i supposed to do?

    That is a serious failure if you have no power at all. You will want to contact our support team for possible warranty service.

    You were sent a reply earlier this morning. You will want to double check your junk/spam if you do not see our emails. They can sometimes be blocked that way. Reply to the emails there, so the warranty team can help you out.

    When I charge my headset the light doesn't stay red. It will go from green to red and say "charging battery" then go back to green after a few seconds and repeat this cycle. Is this normal? And if so can I turn off the "charging battery" alarm because it is loud enough to hear without the headset on.

    That sounds like the charging cable/port may be loose. Double check that the cable is firmly inserted, not wiggling out of the port itself. Sit the headset in a way so no pressure is being applied to the cable that may cause it to pull out slightly.

    My 420x+ battery died last night so I plugged it in. I didn't hear the charging alert but the green light turned on. This morning the light was still on. They won't power on nor will they charge at all

    Im confused. I need a new microphone for my stealth 420X+. But when I'm on the page looking at which headsets the microphone is compatible with, the 420X+ is not listed. Please help.

    If it doesnt respond at all, then you may want to contact our support team to look into warranty service if applicable.

    The 420X plus is part of the stealth line, so it uses the same mic as the stealth 400, etc. which is what should be listed.

    My headset doesnt stay on unless it's connected directly to the charger. It's been charging all day and when I get home it doesn't turn on without it being connected. It says it's paired when it's on the charger but the moment I take it off the power shits off with it. What could be the problem

    My headset isn't able to charge as every time I connect the USB with the headset it completely turns my Xbox off and doesn't allow me to turn it back on.

    This happens no matter if you use a different cable?

    Do you have any issue if you try it from any other devices? You will want to contact our support team if within your warranty period itself.

    When you press the button, do you hear the voice prompt/tone to indicate that the Superhuman Hearing feature has been engaged? You may want to contact our support team.
