For the best audio experience with your Elite Pro 2 + SuperAmp for Xbox One headset, it is important to make sure your headset is running the latest firmware. Updating the headset's firmware is simple and easy with the Turtle Beach Audio Hub.
Full instructions for updating the firmware can be found below.
First, download and install the Turtle Beach Audio Hub for Windows or Mac, if you have not yet done so.
**Please NOTE: The mobile version of the Turtle Beach Audio Hub cannot be used to update the headset's firmware. The firmware update must be performed on a Windows or Mac computer, using the desktop version of the Turtle Beach Audio Hub.**
Once the Audio Hub is installed:
1. Plug your Elite Pro 2 SuperAmp into the computer. Make sure the mini USB end of the cable is plugged into the mini USB port on the back of the SuperAmp, and that the USB end of the cable is plugged into a free USB port on the computer, as shown below:
2. Put the SuperAmp into the Xbox One mode, if it is not in that mode already. This can be done through the mobile version of the Audio Hub. (Simply tap/swipe the Mode toggle to Xbox One.)
3. Open and run the Turtle Beach Audio Hub application.
The Audio Hub will detect that the Elite Pro 2 SuperAmp is connected, and will automatically search for any available firmware updates. If there is an available firmware update, the Audio Hub will automatically prompt you to update the headset.
Click "Yes" to update the firmware. The Audio Hub will update the firmware, and will notify you when the process is complete.
