While the Stealth 700 Gen 2 PS headset was designed for use with PlayStation consoles, this headset can also be used with a PC.
To set up your Stealth 700 Gen 2 PS headset for use with a PC, please do the following.
1. Plug the transmitter into a free USB port on the computer. The headset and transmitter should already be paired -- and the LED on the transmitter should be solid. If the LED on the transmitter is double-blinking, please perform the pairing process.
2. Right-click the speaker icon on the bottom-right of the Taskbar, and select "Open Sound Settings". In the sound settings window, set Speakers (Turtle Beach Stealth 700 G2) as the default Output device. Then, set Microphone (Turtle Beach Stealth 700 G2) as the default Input device.
Please Note: Some games and programs do have audio settings that are independent from the computer settings. You may need to adjust the audio settings for both those games/programs and the computer itself. If you are having issues with the audio, please first double-check the audio settings for both the computer itself and the game/program the headset is being used with.
If those issues persist, even when the settings for both the game/program and computer are configured correctly, please contact our support team.
